Master My Test is an independent educational website. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site and the choices available to you.

Information you provide
You can use the public study guides and practice tests without creating an account and without providing a name, phone number, or email address. If you contact us at contact@mastermytest.com, we receive the email address and message information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, review corrections, or address the reason you contacted us.
Practice-test information
The California DMV practice test does not require identifying contact information. Master My Test is configured not to retain individual quiz-response records in the WordPress quiz database after submission. The site may still measure aggregate interactions such as test starts, completions, result counts, and use of study features so we can understand whether the material is useful.
Analytics and cookies
On the production website, Master My Test may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics can process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, session activity, and identifiers used for measurement. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or practice-test answer text to Google Analytics.
Where consent is required or requested, the site uses a consent-management banner to let visitors make choices about analytics cookies. Google Analytics commonly uses first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser. Master My Test does not enable advertising or personalized advertising at launch.
Technical and security data
Like most websites, our hosting, security, caching, and server systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URLs, timestamps, and error or security events. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website. These may include our web-hosting provider and Google Analytics when measurement is enabled. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and only for the services we choose to use.
Advertising and paid materials
Master My Test does not display third-party advertising at launch. If advertising, affiliate relationships, paid study products, newsletters, accounts, or payment processing are added later, this policy and the site’s consent choices will be reviewed and updated before those features are enabled.
Selling or sharing personal information
Master My Test does not sell personal information. At launch, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Email correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain correction history, or protect the site. Analytics retention is controlled through the connected analytics service. Technical server and security logs may be retained by the hosting or security systems according to their operational settings.
Your choices
- Use the public practice material without creating an account.
- Accept, reject, or revisit available cookie choices through the site’s consent controls.
- Control cookies through your browser.
- Contact us to ask about personal information you previously sent directly to Master My Test or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
Children
Master My Test provides general educational material and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information through the practice-test experience.
Independent educational resource
Master My Test is not affiliated with the California DMV or any government agency. Links to government or other external sources are provided so visitors can verify study material.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site adds new services, measurement tools, advertising, or other data uses. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
